Pastrami Broccoli Saute Recipe – Kosher Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Ingredients:-
1/4 cup – De La Rosa 100% Kosher Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – http://amzn.to/1WhLyyw
onion – 1 large, thinly sliced
cubed pastrami squares – 1 4-oz package
frozen garlic – 1 cube
frozen broccoli – 1 16-oz bag

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add onions and sauté till golden and crispy, about 15 minutes. Remove from skillet and place over paper towels. Add pastrami and garlic to the frying pan and sauté 3–5 minutes. Add broccoli and sauté another 5–7 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with onions.

Note: The onions can stay in a container with the lid open a crack for 4–5 days. Don’t place in the fridge or they’ll become mushy. by KosherScoop
